Concerts for a Cause presents KindKids Music

UUCB Concerts for a Cause will host a children’s concert on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at 3 pm at the Brunswick Unitarian-Universalist Church.

KindKids Music is a dynamic duo with original music, puppets, and a highly interactive performance for all ages. Rob Duquette and Amanda Panda share tools for emotional resilience, foster kindness, and encourage wellness, all while making music and having FUN!

Amanda “Panda” Duquette is the Creatress of Music and Magic, a 501c organizaion that provides musical instruments and creative opportunities to Kids and Families in Maine and beyond.  She is a professional early childhood music director, teacher, performer, dancer, songwriter, and most importantly, mom.  She is also an acccredited Yoga and SEL (social-emotional learning) instructor with Breathe for Change and content creator for Zigazoo, the world’s largest social network for kids.

 

Rob Duquette, M.A. is a dad, a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter and has been performing for children of all ages for over 20 years.  He has worked with legendary artist Jonathan Edwards and Maine’s favorite children’s musician Rick Charette.  His KindKids Music program has been nationally recognized, and is widely requested at libraries and schools all over the country.  Currently a world music professor in the University of Maine system.
