Clifford Cameron is a Maine-based pianist and composer with a particular fondness for improvised music.
He obtained his Bachelors in Composition and Jazz Performance from The New School and the Mannes School in NYC. Since moving to Maine in 2019, Clifford has worked full time as a performing pianist, arranger, and producer in a myriad of projects. He currently leads two prominent collectives Rot on the Vine, a NY and Maine-based rock and chamber group playing original music focused on community, mutual aid and anti-capitalism, and the Vinyl Quartet, a Portland-based group performing deep, improvised covers of music from the 60’s and 70’s.
