The Properties Committee performs or oversees the repair, maintenance, improvement and management of church buildings and landscape at its own initiative, within the maintenance and repair budget for each property. It develops policies and systems for managing the rental properties of the church, including rental fees.
The Properties Committee organizes periodic work days, coordinating volunteers from the church community to help with maintenance and renovation projects in church buildings and on the grounds.
