The Finance Committee prepares annual operating and capital budgets for approval by the Board of Trustees. The committee monitors church income and expenses and provides the Board of Trustees with monthly reports and forecasts based on the above information. It also oversees the investment portfolio and restricted and unrestricted funds, and advises the Assistant Treasurer and the Board about investment policies and actions.
